As you already know, the data in this repository is a great resource for tonal analysis research.
Is there a specific license associated with the files and annotations included here?
More specifically, we/I would like to know:
Is it okay to use the files listed in this repository and report results obtained from those analyses?
Is it okay to convert the raw scores in this repository (without the annotations) to a different format, and make them available in a different collection?
If 2 is a no, is it okay then to distribute links pointing to the scores in this repository (without creating duplicates of the files), in a matter that they could be downloaded programmatically, through a script?
In all the previous scenarios, you can assume that citation and attribution to you will be clearly expressed.
Having a license that specifies these or other limitations would be very much appreciated, if you decide to include one.
Thank you!
