Contract/Freelance work: Migrate existing page to Tailpress

I have a wordpress page that needs to be migrated from a custom/bootstrap4 solution to the tailpress theme.

Goals

• Achieve 9X numbers in lighthouse
• 0 content shift on mobile
• Less Javascript as possible

Tasks

• Rewrite all custom and bootstrap CSS classes to tailwindcss
• Update HTML markup if required
• Update ACF Fields to use wordpress wp_get_attachment_image function
• Bonus: Remove all not strictly Wordpress plugins
• Bonus: Disable WP comment system
• Extra: Add a slightly larger contact form (if possible without plugins)

Setup
I have a exact copy of the prod website

Project start: ASAP (today 😅 ), I expect that it shouldn't take more than 1-2 weeks (~10-15 subpages)
