Sorting functionality for release date no longer works

Expected behavior

Browse plugins click sort by release date, expect to see latest releases of plugins

Actual behavior

Plugins are returned in a random order so the functionality is not fulfilled

I dont think any of the sorting is correct except maybe Relevance , and all others have the same as Relevance section only

sorting should be done by Released day , it will great new changes show first. so @mortonl you will work on this , if not I can start on this.
