jx secret command downloads latest version but runs version 0.0.144

when I run jx secret version it downloads the latest version (in ~/.jx3/plugins/bin/jx-secret-0.0.166) but it runs an old version 0.0.144
I am sure it's the wring version as it contains a bug that is fixed in version 166
as workaround I am running the jx-secret binary directly
