How to enter card code?

This looks great and seems to work with user and pw, but when the next card code needs to be entered, the container exits. What to do? Any help appreciated!

Hi @markschmid,
Just fork and replace entrypoint.sh for your needs.
Also provide me all arguments of openconnect command (of course without secrets 😉). And I will make a change to this repo.
