Here is a pull request that got merged and things seemed happy, but it did not trigger the workflow for rerendering the course:
fhdsl/Ethical_Data_Handling_for_Cancer_Research#85

I think I have a solution for this... - got it to work with fhdsl/Ethical_Data_Handling_for_Cancer_Research#86 but testing out
fhdsl/Ethical_Data_Handling_for_Cancer_Research#88
