for some reason i noticed that the zombies immediately ate my plants after eating it two times and when i got to level 2 it went back to normal i don't know if its part of the game's code of zombies

this sounds like a pvz 1 itself issue
pvz2 pak only changes the textures, music, and a tiny bit of the code for the seedpackets and title screen
or your plant was already damaged
