running out of Memory

I am using NVidia GeForceGTX 1080, with 8G memory, however it is running out memory even when testing, is there any modifications that I can make not to run in this problem please ?

I have tried to run this on Kaggle, even a 16GB cannot work. I wonder how big memory it should use..

Just delete '45.bmp' in "Test_ir", "Test_vi", "Train_ir" and "Train_vi". It seems that this image is too large.
