commit fab39b3 the first step toward expanding the application toward TODOs below.

Existing functionality

  • ancillary scripts to
    • translate biomine graphs into RDF
    • upload resulting RDF to AllegroGraph instance in VM
  • visualize data in bmg files (biomine, datamining)
  • UI to annotate 'mightBe' assertions with user supplied confidence metrics

TODO

  • Translate .ann files for individual documents directly to RDF graph.
  • Visualize the resulting graph.
  • Compare multiple documents as with bmg files.
  • User interface to annotate arbitrary Entity or Triple: especially in order to assert sameAs relationships.
  • Store resulting graphs and annotations in AG triple-store.
  • Incorporate relevant ancillary scripts into UI.
  • UI for translating brat configuration document directly into RDF/OWL ontology

Long-range?

  • UI link with brat: Refactor as a brat module? or incorporate brat minimal functionality?
