Idea: Add template layouts to display a player’s flag in a bounding box

Due to an OBS Studio bug, sometimes the image displayed from an image source won’t update properly. This issue can be alleviated for characters by using the character_gallery widget, but no such widget exists for player flags (and other image data)

As such the idea would be to have a simple widget that is just the player’s flag, fitting with the aspect ratio intact in a browser source’ the size of which would act as the bounding box. (See "stretched to inner bounds" transform option in OBS Studio) This widget should update itself in real time in the same way all other widgets/layouts do.

We could have as a bonus the option of widgets with just the country / state flag, or a simple slideshow between both.
