Idea: Optimize the UI for the bracket tab

For optimization purposes, it may not be the best idea to have the bracket directly being built in the QT interface but instead having another way to build this part of the UI, perhaps with a combination of the web server and an integrated web display/interface?

Simple improvement: if the bracket is started and was started during previous update then only update the scores (Would require a failsafe in case the bracket was un-started by the TO, edited and then started again)
