Question about tree utilized to create lineage defining barcodes

Dear Jody,

Thank you for the amazing tool again!
I understand that your original publication uses the barcodes described by Coll et al. but they have not been updated ever since. Have you been using another tree to identify new lineages? or you have been updating it just using what has been reported in literature? Do you have a tree file that has been used to generate barcodes that you could share?
