Difference between the eBUS Shied C6 and module C6.1

Hello.

Can anyone tell me the difference between the Adapter Shield C6 and the Module C6.1?
If I'm right, the difference is the possibility to add sensor shields etc on the C6 and the build in power supply via eBUS on the C6.1.
Am I right?
Is there a Power shield to use power from eBUS or PoE for the C6.
