API is unavailable on rapidapi.com the link given in the readme. How to get API key?

@projectz-ali looks like rapid API changed the location, it is here now: https://rapidapi.com/spoonacular/api/recipe-food-nutrition/

In any case, I'd suggest going native: https://spoonacular.com/food-api/
