Resolver Parameter loop

Describe the bug
As of now the resolver has no logic to identify when a parameter is declared in a loop and could be called a dynamic number of time. This will likely never be fixes as the cost / benefit is pretty terrible in terms of development effort to perceived usefulness to a user.

This issue is primarily to document that this issue does in fact exist
