PTW EPID QA PDF report: more space for metadata

Describe the bug
overlapping metadata and result text in PTW EPID publish_pdf (shown in screenshot).

To Reproduce
Run PTW EPID with metadata.

Expected behavior
Add additional rows to allow for metadata similar to #454 and #292. Seems like this might be the case for other modules as well, begs the question should/could an improvement update be made to figure out the optimum spacing required for the amount of input metadata?
