Do we control Huntr bug bounty program ?

https://huntr.com/repos/jupyter/jupyter seem to be a thing, but I have no recollection of it and can't find any information related to us setting that up.

I'll investigate with the security committee, but want t know if the EC can also have a look.

Hi @Carreau, thank you for flagging this. No one on the EC had ever heard of this either. If you want to investigate with the security team, that would be awesome. In the meantime, I'll send a message from their contact page and see if I can gain any info as well.
