AWS has updated its default policies for s3 bucket creation, setting bucket owner enforced by default, which disables ACL actions in the bucket. This generates an error that has to be fixed by manualy allowing ACL on all 3 buckets (log, repository, and reports).
A fix is needed to create the s3 buckets with ACL allowed (bypassing the new AWS default)
