Is there Real ESRGAN Anime Plus 2x model?

Because I saw you added a Real ESRGAN Plus 2x model, is there a Real ESRGAN Plus Anime 2x model, too?

Not that I know of, and it appears that the 2x plus model that I added isn't working either.

Yeah I don't think that model has been trained. We're basically stuck with whichever model the upstream has provided. You can take a look at the released models here. There does seem to be more models we can add, but I don't see a 2x model for anime plus.

Can you add the general model to video2x, please? I downloaded the .pth file but I don't know if putting that in the model folder would work. I want to upscale a non-anime video to 2x. The 4x model takes too long and isn't really necessary (720p->1080p)

I converted that model and added it but the output frames were all black, so I removed them from the repo for now. I'm not sure what went wrong with the model conversion. Perhaps someone that knows PyTorch or ncnn better would know. I agree with you that a 2x model will be nice-to-have.
