Ability to change the cache folder

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In previous versions I would be able to change he cache folder to a location with more space. I do not see that option in the new GUI.

An option to configure the cache location.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Editing the config file. I just don't know where. Or rebuilding from source.

Video2X no longer writes intermediate files to disk. No more 500 GB cache required, so no more cache folder. The only thing that it writes to disk is the output video file itself.
