Make it possible to create admin screens which are backed by a Commad object

It looks like currently there's no way to create custom admin screens which are not backed by a domain. it would be great if we can create custom admin screens without a domain but backed by a Validatable command object. in this case the command object would decide what to do on save/update etc command object can have fields from varios domains and on save it can update the rows as it want.. or can provide custom actions instead of save/update and dome whatever it wants on these actions...

I will be happy to implement this
