Support of map rotation for more layer types

Following #855 we can rely on https://github.com/Raruto/leaflet-rotate to support rotation for more layer types:

• weather layers
• gradient path
• canvas layer

Canvas layer is supported, but zoom animation is currently disabled on it (see 898b1e5).
Enabling zoom animation should be doable but needs more investigations.
