Stuck in perpetual download

As of yesterday I have been unable to download anything using this. I have tried multiple settings to confirm that it's not just taking a long time, including 144p and leaving it on for hours. Yesterday the issue was worse as it wouldn't get past the analysing step (which still means unable to download of course).

I'm hoping there's a way this can be fixed or that it's just a temporary issue but I thought I'd best report it to help others

Just to update, I have managed to successfully download one file since this post, however that's all, only once. So I can't figure out what the issue could be, every other time has failed
