KH22 Infinate loading flv wrapped AAC streams

Hi Karl

We have noticed some strange behaviour on KH22 with icecast when requesting an aac stream with flv wrapping,
We know aac does not officially support flv wrapping but older versions of icecast have just served the stream regardless, however this version seems to just hang forever.

here is the behaviour we are experiencing

http://icecast.dev/mymount.aac (this loads perfectly)
http://icecast.dev/mymount.mp3?type=.flv (this loads perfectly)
http://icecast.dev/mymount.mp3 (this loads perfectly)

I have gone through version by version and this issue shockingly is apparent from kh16 upwards.

@karlheyes any chance we can get a kh22.1 for this? it's a massive issue for us.
