Chrome 131: "This extension was turned off because it's no longer supported"

Per the below screenshot, Chrome automatically disables the KeeWeb extension now due to not supporting latest Chrome standards (<-- this is the link in the screenshot):

I imagine this might be related to Manifest v3 or something similar, but didn't look into it in-depth at this time.

My specific Chrome version for reference:
Version 131.0.6778.205 (Official Build) (x86_64) on macOS Sonoma 14.5

Likely related to keeweb/keeweb#2188 in the main repo; not sure if the Manifest v3 changes got a release?

Also the extension's page (using the direct link from the README) displays this:

Seems like no as far as I can tell; 0.3.7 from Aug 2021 is still the latest GitHub release and matches my extension's version
