I am unable to recreate this issue. Are you sure the site you're visiting has GA tracking on it? Can you see tracking beacons being recorded as you browse around github?

Same here on this page. It doesn't light up in chrome and then no tracker appear.

Maybe conflicting with other plugins?

Could you try this to see if there are any errors?:

  1. Undock devtools from the main browser window and make sure it has focus.
  2. From the main Chrome menu click "View" > "Developer" > "Developer Tools" - you should now have a 2nd devtools instance, which is debugging the first one.
  3. Try to use GADebugger in the first instance of devtools.
  4. Check the console in the 2nd instance for any errors and paste them here.

There's nothing there to suggest that GADebugger is throwing an error. However, it does look like Chrome is blocking some requests to github — do you have any plugins installed that could be preventing GA tracking beacons from reaching Google's servers?
