qg_basin Based off of the QG_basin.m code by Ben Storer and Francis J. Poulin Converted a code from matlab to petsc4py/slepc4py. Includes a petscKron function. Added qg_basin_np.py code; it just uses numpy and you can use either eig or eigs (eig is default)
