Nicer URL

Now there is just course/folderforlesson/lesson

Since we got support for multiple languages i think the url should look more like this:

GUIanguage/course/lesson/lessonlanguage

Where lesson is e.g. Astrokatt in Bokmål and Astrogato in Spanish

An example:

• The url of astrokatt nynorsk today:
  • scratch/astrokatt/astrokatt_nn (gui-language only stored in local state)
• The url with suggested change (if you had chosen nb as gui-language):
  • nb/scratch/astrokatt/nn
• The url with suggested change (if you had chosen nn as gui-language):
  • nn/scratch/astrokatt

Also, if we do implement this, we should think through if we should implement redirect/rewrite for old urls where possible, in order to break as few external links (pointing to us) as possible.
