If there is index.md and index_en.md for an external course the course is shown twice if bokmål and english is choosen in the filter. I think the best solution is to show the flag for both under the same logo and the link should be to the same language as the GUI

And perhaps make it possible to click the flags as well, so that you can go straight to the course in the other language?
