As a workaround you can do the following

\let\originert\insert
\def\insert#1#2{\let\insert\originert}
\input bidi
\outer\def\bye{\par\vfill\supereject\end}
test
\bye

@Tex-Ahmadi I have just fixed this in the above commit. In particular, bidi logo is not applied unless the user uses \bidilogo.

If this addresses your issue, then please consider closing it.
