Changing default version of the api - JS alert #8

As we noticed with @weierophinney after changing default version of the api, when we try to go somewhere else JS alert: "You will lose unsaved changes if you leave this page" is shown.

Default version of api is changed (saved).

Expected behavior: Alert shouldn't be shown in that case.

I've also noted this with other actions: saving changes to a service, saving filters or validators, etc.
