Why don't you use the one provided by the website?

I mean when you click on the extension button, the menu that drops down (where the watched animes appear) having a dark theme mode

That seems easy to do. Too bad i'm not familiar with typescript.

Maybe ir could identify what theme you have active on the website and adopt the same theme.
