Issue with Exomiser Run

Hi @lgmgeo ,

I'm experiencing an issue with running Exomiser in my pipeline. While AnnotSV runs without any errors, Exomiser fails to execute properly. I've reviewed my setup and configurations but haven’t been able to identify the problem.

I’ve attached the Exomiser log file and the AnnotSV run log file to this issue for reference. Could you please review them and help me troubleshoot the Exomiser issue?

The latest version of Exomiser officially supported by AnnotSV is 2309. I have never tested Exomiser version 2406.

In your "20241111-142749_exomiser.txt" file, I see:

exomiser-phenotype-2406 - Exception during pool initialization.
org.h2.jdbc.JdbcSQLException: File corrupted while reading record: null. Possible solution: use the recovery tool [90030-197]

I will try to downgrade the version and re-run exomiser!!!
