Unable to go to PDF Location from cursor: Error: No valid PDF location can be found from the cursor

Thanks for writing these extensions! Unfortunately, I am getting the error, "Unable to go to PDF Location from cursor: Error: No valid PDF location can be found from the cursor" when attempting to preview various Lilypond files. Here are reproduction steps for a very simple public Lilypond file.

1. Download this simple 12 line file: https://github.com/gerryster/music-scores/blob/d8f131d45a8bf989f6bfbcf2e13ed15a10d49720/brass-quintet/lully-simple.ly. Note that this file does compile and generates a PDF using the lilypond command.
2. Open in VS Code with this extension installed.
3. Place the cursor on any of the notes and attempt to preview the PDF using this extension.
