We are willing to pay a higher price per view if we can directly target our user base.

A major use case if when I want to show memes of Marc whenever Billow views the page. Another major case is if I want to target all e-board majors in an advertisement campaign to pass my major project

I like this idea. I just haven’t found the time to implement this in the way I’d like.
