The idea here is to get a better API to provide Bitcoin price for currency pairs.
Right now we have:

BitcoinAverage.com
Chain.so
And both have API limitations :(

OpenNode.co provides a good and reliable API at https://api.opennode.co/v1/rates.

As LibrePay will rely on OpenNode for Lightning Network payments, it makes total sense to use it also for getting BTC/fiat rates.
