Bug description

Thank you all for this awesome repository! The new update is truly amazing!

This could be a documentation issue or a dependency bug for some packages.

Given the documentation: https://www.linuxmint.com/rel_xia_whatsnew.php. It claims aptkit replaces aptdaemon. And Cinnamon 6.4 replaces policykit-1-gnome. However, when removing aptdaemon and policykit-1-gnome, some essential packages still depend on them.

Steps to reproduce

Open a terminal and do sudo apt purge aptdaemon policykit-1-gnome

Expected behavior

essential packages like mintsystem and mint-common should have switched dependencies from aptdaemon to aptkit. No essential packages like cinnamon should still depend on policykit-1-gnome since it is deprecated and replaced in this new version.
