When installing, could we detect the screen resolution and for 1024x800 or 800x600 screens, install something like version 1.1.0 of grub2-theme-mint or offer a grub2-theme-mint-legacy package?

When installing LMDE 5, then downgrading grub2-theme-mint to version 1.1.0:

Update-grub results in error:
/usr/sbin/grub-probe: error: failed to get cannonical path of '/boot/grub/fonts/UbuntuMono16.pf2'.

Could this be provided by the installer perhaps? |

EDIT: A workaround is to install the desktop-base package. You can uninstall it afterwards and it seems to provide whatever grub2-theme-mint 1.1.0 needs
