nemo-seahorse Decrypt menu entry does not appear in right click context menu on gpg/pgp files #542

Hi.

Problematic component:
Nemo Seahorse

Problem:
I noticed that when I right click on *.gpg or *.pgp files, the decrypt menu entry doesn't appear, which is odd.

How to reproduce:

Exit Nemo
install nemo-seahorse pacakage,
Start Nemo
Locate either a *.gpg or *.pgp file
Right click on that file
Observe of how Decrypt is not there

Excepted behavior:
Decrypt menu should also appear, in order to decrypt the encrypted files.

Specs (its a KVM virt system)
