Mint 21.2

Package version

3.0.2

Frequency

Always

Bug description

I can change keyboard shortcuts with Preferences -> Shortcuts
e.g. "Show next file"
Yes, it works, but only for the running instance! When I terminate pix and start it again, the new keyboard shortcut is gone.
And there is no "save shortcuts" button.

Steps to reproduce

change keyboard shortcuts with Preferences -> Shortcuts, terminate pix, restart pix

Expected behavior

the changed keyboard shortcut should be still there

I have the same bug, also with "Show next/prev file"

  • Set zoom in/out to up/down keys
  • unset up/down from next/prev file
  • works until restart pix
  • then up/down keys set both to next/prev and zoom, but next/prev takes precedence
  • The config file ~/.config/pix appears to be correct still

Other notes

  • Linux Mint 21.3
  • gThumb works properly

I'll be able to upgrade to Mint 22 before long; hopefully the new version there will work correctly.
