pix refuse to run on Hyprland and no output

Bug description

I use hyprland supported by manjaro
run pix ,just stuck, completely no output, even pix --version
run GDK_BACKEND=x11 pix show 'unsupported backend'
is that normal, xwayland supposed to be able to work with pix
there are seldom picture editor replacemant of pix on wayland,
hope Pix can run at merely available level

run pix on hyprland

Expected behavior

at least output some info

This also happened on my Arch Hyprland system too. I cant open Pix and also gThumb, both of them doesn't produce any output when I run them from the terminal. So I just use Shotwell instead.
