Bug description

When i open a video in Pix it plays with a low framerate
This happens specifically with HEVC videos from a phone camera

Steps to reproduce

Open a H.265/HEVC encoded video

Expected behavior

Video plays with original framerate (60 fps)

Additional information

If i open the same video with "gst-play1.0" everything plays as expected
