Wanted change

Add support for Telegram integration, send to specific Telegram topic.

Found some developer that add extra Telegram agent that support topics.

It will be nice to add it to the official image as well.

Reason for change

Telegram topics is not supported

Wouldn't you need to ask the overseerr Dev to include that within the application first?
