I introduced PHPStan as an additional analysis tool, since it is a good addition due to focussing on other additional aspects than Psalm. It was possible to raise PHPStan level to 7 (some fixes still pending). It should also be possible to make Psalm more strict, which is sensible, since our library will be fully typed with 6.0.
