When using fsw, I want to be able to specify (perhaps) -SIGKILL or -SIGTERM as an argument. If provided, the specified signal should be sent to the running process (if there is one) when a file changes. The program should then be relaunched once it exits.

Perhaps just make this mandatory behavior.
