With EMI Ores, you can see the generation height, quantity, and what its variant would be if it generated on a certain block. But with this mod installed, it does not have an EMI Ores tab whatsoever.
If you view the screenshots on the mod website, that is how it is supposed to look, but there is no information when looking at the blocks from this mod. It should be automatic, but maybe the way that you are replacing ores is not compatible with EMI Ores.
I think the main issue may be related below, but I also didnt make either mod so dont take my word on it.
From the EMI Ores CurseForge Website "Owing to the fact that this mod gathers its data from data pack configured/placed features, modded ores should display correctly without additional configuration in the vast majority of cases."
