AOT APP Source Code License

1. Grant of License:

The author of the AOT APP ("Licensor") grants you ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable license to:

  • View and Study: Access, read, and analyze the source code of the AOT APP for educational or personal purposes.
  • Suggest Changes: Submit suggestions, bug reports, or improvements to the Licensor.
  • Modify for Submission: Modify the AOT APP or its source code solely for the purpose of submitting proposed changes to the Licensor for review and potential inclusion in the official AOT APP project. Such modifications may not be distributed, sublicensed, or used for any commercial purpose without the express written permission of the Licensor.

2. Restrictions:

You MAY NOT:

  • Commercial Use: Use the AOT APP or any derivative work for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to selling, licensing, or distributing the AOT APP or its derivatives.
  • Distribution: Distribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the AOT APP or its source code to any third party, except as permitted under Section 1 (Modify for Submission).
  • Unauthorized Modification: Modify the AOT APP or its source code for any purpose other than personal use, submitting suggestions to the Licensor, or as permitted under Section 1 (Modify for Submission).
  • Removal of Attribution: Remove or obscure any copyright notices, attributions, or license terms included in the AOT APP or its source code.

3. Ownership:

The Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the AOT APP, including but not limited to all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights.

4. No Warranty:

The AOT APP is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the AOT APP or the use or other dealings in the AOT APP.

5. Termination:

This license automatically terminates if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the AOT APP and destroy all copies of the AOT APP in your possession or control.

6. Governing Law:

This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.

By accessing or using the AOT APP source code, you agree to the terms of this license.
