Cannot disable CrAzYpass without root.

Monerujo can't disable CrAzYpass without root because it looks for /data/data/com.m2049r.xmrwallet/files/wallets/.nocrazypass which requires root to touch. #612
Disabling CrAzYpass will work this way.
/sdcard/Android/data/com.m2049r.xmrwallet/files/wallets/.nocrazypass won't work, will still use CrAzYpass on new/change password.

1. CrAzYpass has bad UI/UX which has lead to user losing funds. Inconsistent password terminology #284
2. I rather manage my own password which I can remember and doesn't depend on the Android keystore which is quite prone to losing data on numerous accounts (factory reset, sometimes improper phone software upgrade and I have seen instances developers messing their app's code base to lose keystore content) and having to lose my wallet. I am responsible enough to manage my wallet's password. Can't import wallet on factory-resetted phone - Wrong password though it's the correct one 10000% certain #773 incorrect password #863
