Wallet inaccessible when offline #883

When offline, the wallet cannot be accessed. Tapping on any wallet will produce a toast that says "Node must be set!". I think it would also be appropriate to add a setting where one can choose to disable automatic updates from the node when connected to mobile data instead of wifi.
