{tidybert} and {vetiver} #20

Questions to answer:

What do we need to add to tidybert to make it work with vetiver?
Do we need/want a separate package that acts as a bridge?
What do we gain by formally using vetiver vs using the general idea of vetiver (ie, we could just edit the runtime for a particular model and build that, right?). I think it’s monitoring tools and redeployment and such, let’s see.

The output of this ticket is a set of answers to those questions and then separate issues if appropriate.
